How Would an Athlete Train?
Focused on:
*Functional movement
*Weightlifting for power and strength
*Muscular endurance
*Speed
*Agility
*Mobility
This is what you can expect from a CORE 16:44 workout
If you do not have space suitable for training, alternative options may be available. Typical workout locations include the CORE 16:44 GYM, apartment complex fitness centers, client’s home, and/or local parks.
*Inquire about alternate training locations
Personalized Programs: One size does NOT fit all. Every workout is specific to the client(s) and his/her goal.
This is what the CORE 16:44 workout is all about. The typical workout will last approximately 60 minutes; of which, the first 15 minutes and the last 15 minutes are the least challenging portions of the workout; BUT… the CORE of the workout exists between the 16 & 44 minute mark. This is when you have to dig deep, focus, & seek to achieve everything you have set out to do. THIS…is when you will truly challenge and change both the mind and body.

Latoya Bennett, CPT: Athletic performance training, strength training, and moderate weight loss
Having experienced an Achilles rupture in 2017 I understand first hand the various aspects of fitness and mental toughness needed to transform the body. This was my first and only major injury. It was physically and mentally one of the hardest times of my life. After nearly two months of not walking and the accumulation of various over compensation issues, my journey to full recovery began. It is because of this injury that I focus heavily on using the correct form, improving mobility, and correcting muscular imbalances with my clients.
In addition to my personal training certification, I also hold a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering. While these two professions may seem worlds apart, the ingenuity and problem solving skills associated with engineering provide me with the ability to tailor workouts to the unique mechanics, strengths, and weaknesses of every client.
